  1. Does anyone know what the tip size diameter is for this club?

It should not be a concern as Titleist only sells the completed club, not the head only. If you have seen a head-only for sale, red flag. You probably saw the social media post last week about a major counterfeit bust of over 20,000 items of fake golf merchandise. Suggest you just contact an authorized retailer of club pro to get you a completed club. Sorry, I know this was not the answer you are looking for but wanted you to know in case you were not aware.

Is it not possible he's getting the shaft pulled and would like to know? Don't know why it's assumed he's asking for counterfeit purposes

Pretty sure they are still using .355 tapered tip but you might call a reliable golf repair shop to verify.
  6. I want to swap out the stock S Hzrdus RDX in my 2 iron for an X $ Taper Lite. I really want the same dispersion as my P7MCs (kbs tour 120) and love the feel of my X stiff Tensei Sim2 shaft but wanna go steel. Since getting my TSI3 3w tipped it’s been way more reliable so if anyone knows wether the U505 .355 or .370 that would be a big help.

  7. Did you ever find out if the U-505 is .355 or .370? I want to reshaft as well.

I used .355 when changing my U500 Tensei shaft to a Graphite Design Tour AD-UT 85.

The U500 and U510 were a .355 so probably the same.
But you're really taking a chance of messing up your game!!! Not by changing the shaft, but by allowing TM clubs to mix with your Titleist clubs!!!
