Has anyone had any issues with their 3 - 6 T100S irons seeping rusty liquid through the polymer insert in the muscle channel at the back of their clubs?

The polymer insert was loose so I removed it to clean the rusty liquid away only to find that the muscle channel has a crack in it! As a result water has gone inside the clubs and it's rusting from the hollow cavity inside the clubs.

I note that there is a discussion posted on the SG Titleist site that has flagged an issue with the polymer inserts in the T100S clubs and this could be a potential problem with these clubs going forward.

I'd appreciate any feedback.
