Today I received my new TSR driver and was super excited to open the box, but was immediately unimpressed and disappointed when I did...

First thing is I looked at the picking list which stated my order. Wrong from what I ordered. I put CG weight back, and they listed standard front weight, which is how it was built. I put +2G weight to compensate for my shaft cut, and it came with the standard 11g weight.

Not to mention the fact the driver was just thrown in a giant box with just a little bit of crumbled paper. It's surprising it didn't come damaged with how terrible the mail carriers are here where I live. The head cover came thrown in the box, not even in a bag like the head cover I got for my 3W from a local store. It was just thrown in there with a huge black scuff on the whitest part of the head cover right next to the TSR logo. In the most obvious spot possible...

And they couldn't even bother to put a wrench in the box. Thankfully they didn't cause it probably would have been thrown in there to bang up and chip up the driver head and shaft. But I just spent $800 on a brand new driver and they couldn't even put in a $5 wrench that I can walk in to the Golf store and they'll hand me one for free.

Now I'm emailing to hassle with getting the correct weights in my Driver, venting here to hopefully get the bad juju out of my driver and bad taste out of my mouth before I go hit it tomorrow on the range.
