TSi1 to TSR2

    I’m currently gaming the TSi1 with Aldila Ascent Senior Flex shaft. I demoed a TSR2 with the Project X HZRDUS Senior Flex shaft and really liked it. The numbers were pretty good and I think I was getting some distance increase, but I really don’t trust the ‘big box’ launch monitor distances. My hesitation is wondering if I should wait until the TSR1 comes out? I’ve always been an ‘early adopter,’ but I thought I’d check in with the great folks on this forum to see if anyone has made the switch?

    PS - I do like the Ascent Shaft, but I didn’t get a chance to try it in the TSR2 head.

    I to have a TSi1 Driver and the woods & hybrids. I’m planning on trying the new TSR 2 & 3, because I didn’t like that you couldn’t get a replacement grip for the TSi1 that was lite weight. Besides the TSi1 was going way to high for me. I don’t think the new TSR1 will be that much different than the TSi1.

    I had the same issue with the replacement grip, but I ended up finding these Golf Pride Tour 25 Grips:

    They lack a little durability, but they’re very light.

    I am going back for another TSR2 fitting tomorrow.
