  1. I purchased brand new CNCPT (2021) through club fitting day at my country club, they came in with Tour 105 stiff shafts, would like to replace with Graphite Tensei AV Red AM(2). Is that something you can help me with?

Carlos. Titleist does not do maintenance on existing sets, only warranty repairs. Also, they are like car dealerships in that once you drive away, the car is used. Once you play golf with your new set of irons, they are used. They will not do an exchange for another new set with different shafts. If you want to have them reshafted you will need to take them to a golf shop that specializes in club repair. Your other alternative would be to trade them in and order new clubs with the graphite shaft and to ensure they are the right fit, go through the fitting process again. With the high price of CNCPT irons, I personally would not experiment with a shaft change unless I was sure the change was a good fit for my swing. Hope this helps.

If you were improperly fitted by your club you should reevaluate there fitting system. Tour 105 S is a pretty specific shaft for a seriously strong player
