  1. Bought a used set of 2021 T100 irons with stiff flex, which is too much for my moderate swing speed. Will the irons work okay if I have the shop install regular/senior graphite shafts installed instead?

Possibly David but without a fitting it will just be a guess as to the shafts being right for your swing. The heads are also subject to being the right or wrong fit depending on your skill level, your comfort with the blade shape, offset, and lofts. Only time will tell after you have them re-shafted if they were the right pick for you. They are great looking irons and I hope they work out for you.

Depends on what "shop" you take them to.
    A barber shop - NO.
    An auto shop - NO.
    An embroidery shop - NO.
But if you take them to a quality club building/repair shop - most likely yes, but have them check the swing weight and adjust if you desire.

You can add any graphite .355 taper tip shaft you wish, but, be aware that you may have to adjust swing weight to suit your swing. Also if swingweight needs to be adjusted higher (most likely) there is less flexability with graphite shafts.
