  1. OK Team Titleist members. I have a question for you all. I have played all 4 irons over the last 5 years. I finally bought my ideal set for the future in the T200 - T300 combo set with UST Recoil shafts. However, I struggle to hit them consistently. I think the shafts may be too heavy. I liked the AP3 clubs I played 3-4 years ago. I dont like the T300 at all. The AP1 irons were OK.

Does anyone have experience with any or all of these sets? I was fitted with the T200 irons but have had a health issue since then so I'm planning on getting re fitted for the shafts. I love the look, the less offset and everything about the T200 but I think I hit the other clubs more consistent. (other than the T300). This sort of tells me its the shafts in the new T200-T300 combo set.

Just wondering if anyone has an opinion on the comparison with these irons?

Well Douglas, it shouldn't matter if 1000+ people posted that they have and love a T200/T300 combo if it is not working for you. You need to go with what fits your swing and feels right for you. If you keep experimenting you might eventually get it right or you could seek a good fitter and get dialed in on your ideal set. Of course, I have too come to accept that not every bad shot that comes off my club is the club's fault but I do feel like they are fit for my game as well as any clubs would be, regardless of what all my fellow TT buds are playing. Good luck. Hope you get it worked out.

I played the AP3 when they first came out, but moved in and play the T300 now. I resisted change because I loved the look of the AP3, but during a fitting there was no denying that I hit better shots with the T300 irons.

I won a full set of Titleist irons last summer and, with help from the new PGA Superstore in Tampa, I selected the T300’s. Since I was 71 yrs old I decided to go Senior Shafts and selected the Fubuki mv’s as they gave m3 @ tighter dispersion. Well, I got my irons in August and since then my Hcap traveled from 16 to 19 to 15 and trending down. I have finally gotten the feel of the T300’s and really enjoy playing them.
  5. I have a set of 718 ap1 and my son has 2021 T200. Unfortunately I can’t try his clubs because I’m a lefty. He went to his fitting thinking he would end up with t300 but he was much happier with the t200. He couldn’t get past the thickness. I will say, I do love the look of his. He has found the t200 very playable and with more forgiveness than he expected. He is a small 15 year old and ended up with amt red regular flex shafts.
