Logo inserts on 718 AP3 irons

    I have a set of 718 AP3 black irons that I am refurbishing. In my haste, I soaked the heads in acetone to try to make stripping the black off a little easier. Well, in the process the logo inserts on the cavity got eaten up by the acetone. Where could I find logo inserts to replace the ones I ruined?

    Ouch. Bad news. Those irons have been out of production for a while and even when in production, there was no way to purchase parts, only sending them back for warranty repairs. Your only recourse at this point is to buy a rough set of used ones and part-out the backs for your irons.
