  1. Is there a simple link somewhere that can tell me what’s STD for the CB/MB (5i thru 9i) ? I stop at 9i bc I carry 5 vokeys in the bag starting at 46*. Thanks!

Stock is D2 for all Titleist Irons I think. A 60* Vokey is D4/5

It varies but I think it's more like D0, D1. I special ordered 714mb in 2015 and they came in at almost D1. Clubs other than blades may be heavier
  5. Other things come into play as well… length, grip size, lie angle. Gets tricky!

Hi, I am not sure if I understand your question.
If you want to order new irons custom order from Titleist, you could specify the swing weight that you want.
Often D2 seem to be a standard but as a rule there is always a lot of exceptions.
Tour players could be at D4, D5, D3,D2,D1
For the wedges, sand and lobs wedges have an heavier swing weight but I am not sure about the 46 deg.
Swing weight is a personal preference to feel the club head and to be able to swing club without fatigue ( not to hard to swing) but in keeping control.
I hope this will help you,

I played the T100 (2019) irons and once I had my GP MCC Midsize grips installed, they were D0. With standard grips I would guess they would have been D1.

I had TXG build my 2021 T100 4-9 irons at D3 (D4 PW) and they came spot on taking into account the weight of my midsize grips. Both sets have DG TI X100 shafts in them.

I prefer heavier swingweights in all my clubs. I believe it helps me keep the club head more behind me and I can feel the head better throughout my swing. I feel with lighter clubs I pull the club over plane and hit fades rather than my preferred draw. The weight helps with my timing and smooths things out.
