  1. Hello,

I was wondering if anyone else has had a set of Ap2 718's with no serial number. I purchased a set of clubs from FB market place. Obviously didn't look for serial number cause the guy looked legit. ( wrong move ) I was wondering if someone could let me know if the serial number could be anywhere else other than the 6 iron. Faces and fonts look spot on. I tried a magnet and it stuck right to them. Everything seems legit other than no serial number.

  2. I would call titleist to confirm. But I think they are only serial numbered if fitted and ordered from titleist directly. If they are bought off the rack at a golf store I don’t believe they are numbered. good luck
  3. As far as I know, they all have serial numbers, custom or not.

Speaking only from experience, I have never seen a set without the number at least on the 6 iron.

Not to sound crass but if you are starting with AP2 which is several models ago, the warrant will be expired anyway so other than a concern over quality, authenticity is a mute point. If you think they look legit and you are okay with the way they perform, just don't worry about authenticity. If you want a club that Titleist will stand behind, you will need to invest in a current model set from a reputable authorized dealer. Either way, enjoy your clubs and success on the course.
