I am writing to ask your experience. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to get fitted for these new clubs, surgery! Well I ordered exactly the same shaft as my last ones and went with TSR 3 for driver and 3 as the Titleist rep recommended. I hit them a couple of times but did not feel. One of our local pros watched me hit and made two statements. At 65 more loft is your friend and changed me from Tensi Blair to Hazard shaft, wow what a difference. I guess like most of us, our swing today is different from last week. With the new shafts and adjustments; even with missed, a difference. Well worth checking the shafts and clubs you received to make sure the fitting is correct. I think Titleist will change out your shafts if within 30 days I think with no damage to current ones. Yep, I always tell people that its possible to luck into the right club but its pretty expensive to use the trial and error method when it does not work out. I was fit for TS3, the TSi2, then TSR3. Different shafts and the TSR3 even an inch shorter. It is much easier to know the bad shot was me and not the club. I can trust that the next shot might be better knowing it is the club fit for me.

Good move. Admittedly I did not get fitted even though I had been offered a free Titleist fitting, I liked my TSis so much I was going to skip this cycle. After all of the reviews, I bought off the rack and went with the Hazardous shafts in all three for the higher launch. Sure glad I did, I love them…
