I have a set of CNCPT CP-04 Irons that now needs to be bent from standard to 2 degrees flat. I have approached several golf shops in my area and they all seem nervous about bending the irons. They all say the same thing: the iron heads are cast and are too hard to bend.

So, it looks like they have to be shipped back to Titleist to be adjusted/bent...

Can’t blame a shop to be nervous about cracking a $500 head. The general recommendation is +/- 2 degrees is ok. But for an exotic club, probably worth having Titleist do it as well as reset the loft as well.

I would recommend contacting Titleist regarding this situation. Were these Titleist account repair shops your talked with? Can understand their caution, if they break the head they buy it. 2* is the maximum they can bend it. I would still contact customer service and get their advice. Will most likely be shipping charges involved.

Yes. I have asked 3 ships that are Titleist accounts/fitters.

I would be surprised if Titleist would produce an iron with a material that couldn't be bent a minimum of 2 degrees.
Most cast clubs use a stainless steel that are easily bent without fear of breaking. I would send a request to customer service requesting the recommended bending limits for your clubs.
