If you go to the Fitting tab on the website and put in your zip code, ther will likely be one or two “Titleist” fitters that may or may not have any scheduled fitting in your area. If not, you can link with them for a future fitting. When they contact you, let them know about the white shaft. Short of TPI in CA, these guys have the best shaft selection.

The White will have a much more stout feel than the blue as it's low launch/spin. The White is significantly stiffer in the mid section but softer in the butt and has a much firmer tip than.

I do not get along well with Tensei shafts at all. But, I do have a 1K Black and that shaft is like a telephone pole. I currently use Modus 125 X iron shafts, and Ventus Black in my Driver and 3W.

If you need lower launching, less spin shafts, you might see if you can get your hands on some steel shafts like the Modus 105 or Dynamic Gold 105. The Tensei white are heavier than blue, and around those steel weights.

The Modus 120 will also have a soft butt section. While heavier, that and the Project X LZ may have a similar feel to the Tensei White.

The N.S. Pro 950GH series may give you more similar feel to graphite.
