I would recommend a combination of slightly higher loft (16.5 instead of 15) and some help with technique. The ability to hit an accurate 3 or 4 wood is too important to keep away from your game. Short par 4's and second shots into many par 5's need this club. Finding the correct way to hit it and then building confidence with that shot is a game-changer. There are some players that can get away with not carrying a 3 wood but they usually have a utility iron that they can hit about the same distance as most people hit a 3 wood. That's definitely not me.

Hi, 3 wood was my worse club for a long time. The best thing was to buy a ts2 16.5 deg with a very good shaft, graphite design ad di 7s. This combinaison permit to avoid the left side whit a very good lauch.
For me, increasing the loft helped.

I replaced it with the Tsr2 same loft with the same shaft. It is doing the job.

You have a very good speed. Just get fit for a club that will match your swing.

Do you have accurate data on your usage and yardage gapping? I use Arccos and it really helped me understand how far I actually hit each club and how many times. My bag was Driver, 3W, 5W, 3-P, and 52, 56, P. Lots of the data folks have been saying for the last couple of years that it isn't beneficial to hit 3W off the tee (give up too much yardage and not significantly more accurate). I ended up trading the 3W and 5W for a 4W and adding a 60 degree wedge and it has been a great move. The chances of needing that extra 10-20 yards that I could hit the 3W into a par 5 were so low, the usage on the 60 has far outweighed it.

The gapping part is huge. The old 3W was 249 and the old 5W was 227. Now the 4W average is 239, 3I is 220, 4I at 208. I am comfortable with either the 4W or 3I off the tee, depending on distance needed. I don't like hybrids, so that is not an option for me.

I would look at your gaps and then during a fitting, try to fill those gaps. With all the styles of woods, hybrids, and utility irons they have, I am sure the Titleist fitter can lock in a couple of awesome choices.

Adjusting a 3W to 16.5 degrees from 15 tends to close the face. So. 4W will be different than a 3W set to the same loft. Shaft length and over swinging can both impact shot dispersion/contact. A 5W can often be more accurate and longer because of improved launch and an easier to control shorter shaft length.
Best to work with a fitting pro to adjust the club and/or you.
