  1. What’s your most forgiving club, I want to upgrade any thoughts?

Far too broad a request with far too little information. Depending on what works best with your swing, T400, T350, and T200 all have a degree of forgiveness. There is also the CNCT 04 - and is $500 per club

Working with a professional fitter will give you the best match. This site is almost exclusively responded by other golfers like yourself. We all have opinions on the best, most forgiving irons - based only on our personal experiences.

    Hey KRowe,

Are you looking for more forgiveness in your woods or irons? If you're looking for more forgiveness with your irons, i'd check out the T-350s or T-400s. But if you're really looking into dialing in your clubs, I'd 100% get fitted with a local golf fitter and have them look at the analytics of your swing to craft the best solution.

The most forgiving are the T400, followed by the T350, followed by the T200, followed by the T150, followed by the T100, followed by the 620CB, followed by the 620MB. Knowing that, we all have to balance club forgiveness with feel, performance, and consistency in each of our games. Having a professional fitter test your swing against some of these models may result in a different selection that you just purchasing the most forgiving off the rack. My suggestion would be to get fit into what the data says you need and work on your swing if needed. Good luck.

I just upgraded my fairways and hybrid to TSR1 20-23-26. The stock shafts at 40g are a bit whippy. I have the 20 fairway at 41.25" with 65g Tensei R and 11g weight. The 23 has a Diamana x5ct 72g S (soft stepped because it came off of a TS2 18 fairway) with 40.5" length and 11g weight. The 26 hybrid has a standard length Tensei 70 stiff (soft stepped since it was on a 23 hybrid). The lofts are 20.75-23.75-28. The TSR1s are very forgiving. I can play the 9 wood and 26 hybrid off just about any lie (hard, soft, uneven) on the golf course.

You can also get a 29 hybrid in place of a 7 iron; however, I reintroduced an "old favorite" 34 hybrid back in my bag and I found out that it actually hits better off a tight lie vs a T200 8 iron.

I actually find the T100S pretty forgiving and still able to pick the ball off a firm lie (I have a 40* 9 iron with an S200 shaft at 39.75 for the correct swingweight); however I am currently playing a 716MB 8 iron (39* loft 36" - the Excel Oversize grip maintains a D2 swingweight) mainly because it picks the ball better off hard lies. For a "Sunday Bag" and 3 wedge setup, I play the 9 iron and wedge lofts of 48-56-60.
