hat headband issue

    I recently bought a fitted mesh titleist hat and on the second week that I wore it the headband had "scrunched up" leaving my hat very uncomfortable to wear and leaving marks on my head. Has anyone else had an issue with this? Or did I buy a faulty hat?

    I have the same issue with most of the Titleist hats I've purchased lately, it's the elastic banding they use now. I have two older Titleist mesh hats with different elastic banding that have not "scrunched up".

    Unfortunately I have the same problem. Hoping they upgrade or come out with a new designed headband on them because I only wear Titleist hats.

    I have had headaches from that problem with multiple hats. They start off good, but then start to get wavy inside and causing massive problems with my forehead. I just buy a new one each year hoping the banding changes.

    I have also experienced this issue with the Titleist Mesh hats. Typically, I would purchase a Small-medium hat size and would have that issue all the time. Maybe it is just me but since I have started to purchase the slightly larger size in Medium-Large, I have noticed that this hasn't happened. Give it a whirl.

    Having the same issue in 2021. Doesn't look like Titleist will change this or even cates about it since I've never seen them respond with any help. The price for these hats is ridiculous as it is. This shouldn't be happening.. I've purchased my last hat from them.

    I wore the fitted mesh hats for years and had the same problem. The headband feels like sandpaper on your forehead after a few wears. I also stopped buying them.
