Broken zipper handle

    Hi I was wondering if anybody can tell me who to contact about a lost zipper pull/handle on my 8 month old player 14 bag. It seems the connection point between the zipper and the pull/handle opened up a little bit and the pull/handle fell off. Anyone else have this problem and where can I get a replacement part? Thanks

  2. Seems to be an uptick in posts about quality issues with the Titleist bags lately. I had an issue with the clips on mine. I'd recommend getting in touch with Titleist customer service for spare parts. hopefully they'll be better able to prove you with help than they were for me. Good luck!

  4. I just bought my players 14 bag in Dec. had the same issue I fix mine with plyers . But I agree JLundquist email customer service. If you have a receipt and it's been less than a year they should be able to help you .
  5. I have the same problem with my golfbag (TB9SX14-0) zipper pull. Where can i buy them?

    Anybody can tell me who to contact about a lost zipper pull/handle ?

    I bought 8 new players 4 bags for the HS team I coach and 2 kids had zippers fall off on the main ball pocket. Same thing, the little zipper clasp opened up. We only used them from mid August to October! I figured it was HS kids being irresponsible, but at the same time that should happen within the first 3 months!
  7. My Titleist Stadry cartbag ballpocket zipper has broken after only 6 months. Luckily, I've got a fully refund, but I surely have second thoughts about buying a Titleist bag again.

    I took all mine off after two came off and bought the 550-paracord zip pull from Amazon, $6!

    I know I'm coming to the party very late, but wanted to offer props to Patrick in Customer Service. My tour bag zipper pulls broke. The mounts do have a gap at the bottom, but the actual pulls broke just below the loop. Whe y am I happy? Titleist is sending 10 of the pulls gratis. Give them a call. Cheers!

    So back in July I was offering props to the customer service team at Titleist. They promised to send zipper pulls "when someone got to the office, like maybe a week or 2". Well, it's been THREE MONTHS and I'm still using paracord in lieu of the Titleist pulls. Whenever anyone asks, I share the story. Feeling abandoned by the Team!
  11. I have six zipper pulls that have come off. I’ve managed to find two of them. My problem is that two of my zipper clips(where the pull attaches to have completely broken/I can’t attach a pull at all!!)the bag is less then a year old. Is there anything I can do?

  12. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard from anyone from Titleist! What do I do with these broken zippers? Is it the poor quality of the bag or just the poor quality of all products. Lack of customer service says a lot!

    Interesting, whenever I call Titleist and they refer me to the appropriate customer department, I always talk to someone the same day. Never fails. Step one is to take it to the Titleist retailer where you purchased the bag, if that fails then call Customer Service. I find their customer service to be first rate and have never not spoken with a representative. With respect.

    Gotta second what Chuck is relaying. ANY Titleist retailer should be able to work on your behalf. Your bag is still under warranty (do you have the receipt from purchase - it might help). If your point of purchase won't help, try another authorized retailer. And, if they help you, make your next Titleist purchase from them!

    I do this for members at my club to try to earn the opportunity to have their business next time around!

    This forum is users and not customer service. You would not get a reply here as Chuck and Thomas explained. Titleist will want the old bag shipped back to them for repair or replacement so they can analyze the problem for future improvements. That's why you need to work this back through your retailer or pro shop. I realize pictures can be deceiving but that picture looks like a pretty well used bag. The broken zipper looks like it has excessive wear and maybe rust but like I said, pictures can be deceiving and that's why Titleist will want the bag returned, to do a visual inspection. Hopefully you get your issue resolved through your retailer and a bag that handles all your future rounds of golf.
  16. have same problem with 5 of my pulls, My club pro, a titleist guy has not been of any help. If i could get the pulls I feel i might be able to fix with some pliers
  17. Zipper problem with my premium stand bag - one zipper broke n one lost a pull. Titleist : it doesn’t look good on you when golfers carry your bags with broken zippers .
  18. I also lost one of mine. I called customer service because I was wildlings to buy a replacement. Well the person who answered directed me to a different department and transferred me. The problem is it went to a voicemail, so I left a message as it requested. Now it’s been over a month and no one ever called back. I love Titleist products but the few times I’ve had to call customer service I’ve been unimpressed.
