    Special thanks to Adam at Titleist customer service for quick response and sending me a replacement shoulder strap for my Titleist bag! Great customer service which is why I continue to useTitleist products!!

    How can I get a replacement strap? I have an older 14 way stand bag that I can't seem to find the strap for. It's the older style without the plastic buckles.

    The item above was an "under warranty" repair. Any bag without buckled straps will be significant past it's warranty and there will be no replacement parts stocked by Titleist. You will have to have it fixed on your own or get a replacement. Sorry.

    I am understanding your bag is the older model with the round swiveling push button connectors? If so, that bag was two versions ago and is no longer in warranty. There are no replacement straps. You will have to find one, or an older "parts" bag on eBay. You might also consider a "home repair" where you bypass the connector entirely with wire or a carabiner.

    As stated above, Titleist does not sell equipment parts. They will take a broken bag back through a authorized retailer if it is under warranty. If not under warranty you will need to search the internet for a cheap “parts” bag or do your own repair.

    I also have the Hybrid 14. I separated the straps at the center of the cross piece. Using just the one strap.

    I have the 2020 hybrid 14 bag, great bag, although the shoulder straps are not comfortable, is there an alternative strap ( a bit more padding?) that I can purchase?

    Richard, there is a hack I use on my carry bag. I found car seatbelt pads that are like sheepskin and they connect around the bag straps with velcro. Found black ones that blend well and really increase the padding. Found them at several auto parts stores.

    I am looking to buy a new 2019-2020 Titleist Player 4 or 4 Plus stand bag. They both have the “Self-balancing, convertible strap system.” Can this system be removed and replaced by a black single strap purchased from Titleist thru my local Titleist dealer. Or can I special order a bag with just a single strap?

    Also if I special order the bag can I get the Team Titleist “TT” logo put on the ball pocket?

    The "self-balancing convertible strap system" as described, can be "converted" for single or double strap use. The new bag you purchase should include a one page description on how to do the conversion.

    As for adding the TT logo, this is can be handled by the retailer you deal with and they can submit the request for the embroidery when the bag is ordered through Titleist.

    Just bought the latest Players 4 stand bag direct from Titleist. Is there any way to buy a single strap for this model (as there is no way to convert the existing fixed 4 way strap)? Thanks…

    No but you can buy a used bag on eBay with the convertible strap system and use one of those. They have the same snap mechanism as long as you don’t go older when they had the round, rotating clamps.

    I received a new 14 way hybrid stand/ cart bag for a gift.

    It did not come with a single strap, and the double strap does not come apart as mentioned a few times above.

    Anyway I can purchase one, or have one sent my way ? The double is just too cumbersome for my liking.
