Snapped umbrella shaft

    Good morning,

    Apologies if this is a stupid question but purchased a titleist double canopy umbrella earlier this year, used over the weekend in the bad weather and managed to snap the shaft (maybe not correct terminology), this is a clean snap and I was wondering if a new shaft could be purchased and replaced?

    I am sure they do not have parts. If you still have any proof of purchase, take it back to your retailer and I am pretty sure they will be able to get a replacement from Titleist. Even if you can't find a receipt, a bank statement record will work. Even a slight chance they might work with you without any receipt, depending on the overall condition of the umbrella and likelihood of it being defective instead of damaged. Titleist will want the old one back to send to their manufacturing team for future improvements, etc.

    Yeah that does sound like a fault with the brolly. I would take Dale's advice and take back to your place of purchase.
