    Hi Titleist Team, Recently I purchased for my Husband a new Titleist hat from Keysborough GC. As the photo shows the adjustment piece does not have the option to tuck in or clip down. It looks silly & not a good look? I have hand stitched the tab down so it is looking a heap better. We wanted t ol give you feed back because it is not the finish you expect from a premium brand.     Reverse the strap so the excess is behind the strap. Then insert the excess neatly into the fold at the bottom of the hat.

    It kinda looks like the strap is in the wrong direction, I could be wrong though. You should be able to slide the extra strap right into the seam of where its sewn into the actual cap, on the right hand side, if you're looking at it! Good luck

    Jay is correct. You need to take the plastic buckle off the strap and feed it through in reverse of the way it is now. Once that is done the excess strap tucks in under the sweatband
