    Wondering if anyone else who is a TEAM TITLEIST member was unable to order the black, red &white Team Titleist Players 4 Stand Bag (with the TT logo) that was offered on the email titled “New Team Titleist Member Exclusive” that was sent out late morning on 1/9/2020? I was unable to access the website for several hours, apparently due to technical difficulties, until I finally reset my password. I then tried to put my order in but it came back no longer available. Sent an email to customer service and they responded: “Unfortunately the TT gear is a limited collection and we will not be restocking.”

    It’s seems strange and somewhat disingenuous to me for Titleist to offer something to Team Titleist members and have it be gone in a couple of hours. I wanted the bag to replace my current Titleist stand bag which I’ve had for about 15 years. It has been a great bag but is starting to show its age. My initials are TT so it would have been cool to have the TT logo on the bag.

    I'm not sure where your location is but these bags were only available in the USA.

    Due to their exclusivity, like Scotty Cameron limited releases, only a certain number are made and once they're gone, they're gone.

    If you get hold of TT accessories, you really are lucky to acquire these collectors pieces.

    Sorry to hear that you were unable to order the recent Team Titleist golf bag. They were a super limited run that as you stated sold out rather quickly.

    One thing that you can do is contact your local Titleist golf shop and they can order just about any Titleist with the Team Titleist logo on the ball pocket or side apparel pouch.

    You need to be paying attention to get in on the special releases. Limited stock and high demand. So snooze and you lose.

    The TT logo can be special ordered on any bag. Cost is only around $20 or so. It’s the way I go. And it doesn’t impact my naps.

    Thanks to all for your responses. I live in the U.S. and I responded as quickly as possible. After being informed that the bag was sold out, I received another email 8 days later titled “Did you see something you liked?“, picturing the bag. Trying again to order, thinking that it had been restocked, the order page said again that it was no longer available.

    Regarding Scotty Cameron bags, their website does have a smaller black & neon Sunday carry bag that’s been available for months for just $89 but it’s too small for my purposes.

    In any event thanks again for your responses, perhaps I’ll go the special order route. Anyone know what the turnaround time is?

    Ps. Wouldn’t mind having a TT bag tag as well...to go along with my very cool pewter Titleist Hole-in-One bag tag...which I made with a brand new Velocity ball. ️

    Normally real quick, maybe 2 weeks added wait time. The only variable being that the 2019 season is over and 2020 bags will be launched any day now. If you pick a new color or style, that might add a little time to the wait. Seemed like i only had to pay $20 more to get the TT logo and words "Team Titleist" added. You might wait and see what the 2020 versions look like so you don't order now and see something you wish you should have picked.

    I had the same issue. I tried to order awhile ago and had to call CS to place an order. This time I emailed CS about the issue and by the time they replied the hat I wanted was sold out. I completely understand that items are limited, but for such a small issue it cost me a hat.

    I would have never thought that changing my password would allow me to order items from Titleist.

    You can only order a limited number of items directly from Titleist. Typically a custom order, like adding the Team Titleist logo to a bag, needs to be done through your favorite Titleist retailer.

    I understand that.

    My point that I was trying to make was I had the hat in my cart (I was on as soon as it was made public) and when I went to check out I wasn't able to. It kept on saying that I had an issue. I tried it with my phone and laptop and it was the same issue.

    So, I emailed Titleist Customer Service (not to order, but to solve my account issue). When they did respond they told me to change my password. After doing so, the hat was sold out.

    It occurred to me that some people might be buying Team Titleist items and reselling them on eBay. I just searched for “Team Titleist” on the site and sure enough one of the Players 4 TT logo golf stand bags just offered by Titleist for $200.00 is there for $349.99 plus $19.99 for shipping. What a ripoff.

    As is the same with pretty much any limited edition items in every sport/hobby/niche. It sucks, but it's life.
