I am pretty sure everything you can buy direct using the "Shop My Titleist" link is standard items and there is no way to add customization. For now, you should continue to order it through any certified distributor and give them directions for the embroidery. There will be a small additional charge and a couple of weeks wait time, based on my experience doing the same on a golf bag. You will love it. Enjoy!
