  1. First time poster- Over the past year and a half, I have become an avid Titleist consumer. I have replaced most of my bag with Titleist products (after falling in love with Vokey wedges), all while bringing my HI from a 12 down to an 8.5. Every Titleist product I have used or purchased, has been superior in both performance and quality. I replaced my bag a few months ago with a new Hybrid 14. And I cannot express the amount of disappointment I have experienced with this product. Almost a week after purchase, the clamp at the very bottom of the bag had become unhinged, thus the legs would never properly extend and fold back in. After youtubing a fix, the right leg support and become slightly bent or manipulated. Thus about every 2-3 times the legs extend, the support for the leg becomes disconnected, and the right leg swings freely. This has been extremely frustrating. Also, the club dividers are full-length as the description indicats, however they are meshy material that becomes tangled and bunches up as the club repeatedly are taken out of the bag and replaced. This to me is not truly "full-length dividers".

I am curious if anyone else has experienced these issues with a Hybrid Titleist stand bag, and know how to fix or replace these parts. It is obviously very frustrating to always be dealing with an unreliable stand bag, especially at the $. I purchased the Hybrid bag based on my past experience with Titleist products, and this has been a disappointment to say the least.

Thank you in advance for your time and suggestions. It has been very helpful and enjoyable to read the posts in this community over the past year and a half.

    Jeff

Jeff, suggest you contact Customer Service (info below at the bottom right of the website) or have the retailer where you purchased the bag make contact.
