    Don’t judge, but I’ve bought 6 pairs of golf shoes this year, three of them FootJoy’s the Pro SL’s are by far the best shoes feel wise. HOWEVER. I just got my most recent pair of MYJOY’s and they squeak like a pair of $20 dress shoes from Payless... anyone else have this issue? Or a fix?

    Try putting foot powder or similar under the insoles.

    Put some baby powder under the insole. Sometimes there can be a bit of moisture under the insole and it will cause the squeaking.

    Call the FJ warranty dept. Anytime I've had an issue with shoes, they've taken care of the problem.

    I agree, I have done the baby powder trick and it works! However, this is consistent with many shoes I have worn over the years outside of FJ's.

    Ah yeah, baby powder! In addition, I've also used mink oil while trying to protect the leather, the squeak went away.

    Have a number of MYJOYs; ProSLs, ICONs, Tours and have never had that issue. I am a FootJoy junkie and have never had that experience with any of my FJ shoes even with older pairs. I have cut back to 25 pairs of various styles, on and off course shoes.
