  1. Hello TT,

I just got the Titleist Premium Stand Bag and I love it. There is just a little problem that I am having with the towel and clip position. I use the big tour towel, so when I put the bag on its stand, it is completely on the ground and when I pick the bag up, the towel gets tangled with the legs. I also use a push cart when I play, and the towel touches the wheel. I've tried tying the towel every which way and putting it different places but I want to keep it on the clip. This really isn't a big deal at all but something I am aware of now. I obviously know I can get a smaller towel, like the players which, I probably will. I am just curious at other peoples towel setup.

    Thanks, Dylan

I hang my over my alignment sticks to aleviate this issue.

I’ve noticed the same thing and I use the solution similar to above. When I carry, I keep the towel draped over the top of my woods. When I’m using the Bat Caddy, as I do in the winter, I wrap the towel through the loop and around the alignment sticks to keep it from hanging too low.

If using a push cart, I will drape the towel between the bag and cart. Without the cart, I drape the towel on top of the bag. Basically, I try not to let the towel hang down.

I favor towels with the slit in the middle however I would just hang it from a club or alignment stick cover. there was a forum post were someone said they use the ring on the bag to pass the towel through.
  6. I recently discovered on my Titleist Hybrid 5 Stand Bag bag there is a loop in the front of the bag next to the push-out sticks. That is where I keep my towel when I am walking. When I am in a cart, I keep in on the handle at the very top.

I have a 3/8" grommet kit which can be purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot. I put a grommet in the center of the top line of the Towel and that shortens it up just right.

That does remind me of the joke... "Do you know where they get Dragon Milk?... From a short-legged cow". I too prefer the slotted towels hung over the alignment sticks or over the 3 wood.
  9. I have the same problem in summer with the trolley wheels and I loop the big towel over the driver, as I rarely use it. Suggest you loop it round the club you use the least and see how you go on.
    Enjoy.
