Have you checked with Drummond Golf? See that they are the largest golf retailer down under and they should be able to contact Titleist and give you an update. With this darn pandemic, deliver of clubs is in slow motion due to delays in getting shafts and heads which are imported. This might be the case with your order, cannot be sure without contacting your point of purchase. A great number of Titleist customers are experiencing the same issue based on posts on this site.
