  1. I’ve recently been on a journey for the perfect golf bag to go along with my bag full of Titleist golf clubs. I thought the Titleist Premium Stand Bag would fit the bill, but the legs dropped pretty bad. I returned it only to receive a replacement with the same issue. Now I’m looking at the Black Chrome Premium Stand Bag. Does anyone have any feedback on this bag? I haven’t been able to find anything on the internet. Just want to make sure it’s as nice as it seems before I drop $700 on it! Thanks in advance!

I saw the bag on the website. IDK $700 for a stand bag? I would have to have it in hand to make that decision.
  3. Totally agree! $700 is a lot for a golf bag.

I have actually considered the Premium stand bag. Looks like it fits the bill. I have a prior gen Staff Stand bag (prep name). And I never had any issues with the legs. Not sure what it could be.
  6. Float me 700 and I’ll post a review

I have 3 Titleist stand bags and never had a problem with the "legs". Not sure what you mean by dropped.

  8. Probably a bad description on my part. When you carry the bag on your back with both straps the legs won’t stay secured up against the bag like they’re supposed to when retracted. They droop down at least 3 inches. I realize this is probably “first world problems” but for $300+ bag.

I remember reading Dale's solution. Worth a try

I totally understand what you're describing. I seem to see that action happen with the stand legs when I have the full length apparel pocket filled with stuff. The full pocket must interfere with the folding mechanism of the legs. I find the best bag manufacturer that has addressed this issue is png (dare I say it); they incorporated with shoulder strap system with the retraction of the legs. Titleist relies on wire/spring action combined with the semi-collapsible base.

Getting back on the subject of the $700 premium stand bag, based on the description, it shares many features of the Linksmaster Member bag but at double the price. I guess with Titleist labeling it as "Limited Edition", they're justifying the added cost.
