It could because of the their international shipping and this could apply this could apply to test items as well. Tariffs still have to paid. Same with FootJoy.

You will find a number of posts in these forums noting something similar, either about testing or bag tags etc
You may also see some posts about the availability of products in the US store versus stores in other regions
The vast majority of TT members are in the US, so it makes sense for testing to be done in US
Also, it simplifies shopping to focus on the US

I was also disappointed when I didn't hear of many outside of the US getting to test products but this is a fantastic forum for all things golf, from beginner to those who have been taking divots for over 50 years.
I think it is worth contributing to, even without getting chosen to test

If I had one wish, I would love for a Titleist get-together in UK or Ireland so I could meet some of the forum members in person.

Padraig, you will probably get your wish once the COVID restrictions let up a bit. There have been TT gatherings in the UK in the past and would expect them to continue. There are also occasionally testing and merchandise options in the UK that are not tied to things happening in the US. Keep an eye on the posts under the UK/Ireland. Cheers.

I didnt realise Team Titleist did golf outings in UK or Ireland - I must admit, I didnt hold out much hope but I will definitely keep an eye out for that!!
You are all welcome to Lahinch, the course for a recent Irish Open, or Ballybunion, for an event and I am sure there are enough challenges for golfers of all skill levels
Now that I have said it, I realise that my golf game needs some work. Now to wait for the courses to open again
