2021 Montauk Hats

    Hello everyone! Just got the new "Montauk Mesh" hat in the mail and it is PERFECT. Soft, unstructured with the mesh that will be softer than butter after a few wears.

    Quick question...is the regular Montauk hat constructed the same way, just without the mesh? Specifically the crown...I prefer an unstructured crown or a very low sitting profile. I'll buy 5 of each color if they fit just like the mesh does!

    I am pretty sure they are but i defer to someone that has one. I too love the look and shallower unconstructed style but the thing holding me back is the 100% cotton. I love the polyester hats as they wash out very well and keep their look through multiple washings. The cotton hats show sweat much quicker and after washing, never seem to look as crisp as the seams shrink up.
