Older bags do not have the removable cover. Even newer bags that do have the removable cover, i suggest that people order the embroidery directly from Titleist. There is only a small up-charge, probably no greater than that of taking it somewhere else to be done, and you get the peace of mind knowing that any problems from the customization will still be covered by the warranty. If you go on your own and they mess it up, Titleist will not cover the replacement and they do not sell just the pocket pieces. You would be out the cost of the entire bag if it gets messed up.

Hey Dale, thanks for the response. That makes sense for a brand new bag. Is there any way to customize the older bag or not?

Probably not unless you can find a place that will (1) have some way to sew on the bag since it does not come apart and (2) be willing to add something like the TT logo and jeopardize trademark infringements, unless you are just looking to add your name. You might consider finding someone to buy your old bag and apply that money towards a new one with the details added by Titleist through a custom order. Good luck.
