  1. Ordered a Cart 15 bag almost three months ago. Still haven’t received the bag, and no one at Titleist responds to my inquiries or those from my Titleist rep or Club professionals. What’s up with Titleist these days?

    I am sorry to hear about the delay in your bag. If the pros ordered the bag, the golf club/course where you ordered your bag should have a Titleist order number. With that number they can easily contact Titleist customer service and will be given an update on the order. Without the order number it would be difficult for Titleist customer service to follow up on the order. Based on my experience in the past they have been very helpful when I have order products and the pro shop I order thru has contacted for updates. The first step is with the pros who you ordered the bag through.
