Hybrid 14 Rubber Handle Separation

    I've had this 2021 Hybrid 14 bag for about 5 months and the separation started about 3 months into use. My bag is not overly heavy, and I really only use the handle to get out of the truck bed. Has anyone else had this issue, and is it something that I should even contact Titleist about? Wondering if supply issues are making warranty stuff a nightmare.

    You will want to address this quickly as the warranty is 12 months. Either take it back where you got it or call Titleist customer service. Contact info is at the bottom of the website. The biggest issue right now is the transitional season between 2021 bags and 2022 coming out in January. If it is a big box store with inventory having the same bag, Titleist will likely tell them to do a direct exchange. If not and you want the exact bag, might have to send it in and wait a while for the replacement. Hope all goes well.
