Are you saying a leg is bent or is the actual internal bag bracing bent? If it's the bag bracing, there is a zipper in the big pocket for access to the inside of the panels on some bags. Not sure if it is on your particular model. If it is, you might can open it up to find the bend point and use something to try and straighten it. It must of got banged around somehow. You are right, not a problem I have ever seen posted before. Pretty common for the aluminum legs to get bent from traveling in soft cases or the bag dropped against a curb but not the entire bag. Bummer. Hope you can get it straightened out.

I had a StaDry with a bent leg and depending on the severity of the bend, it could be very easy to bend it back. In my particular case, I was able to bend it back to normal.
