Sure glad that TT can brighten your day. A really nice package and the new bag tag, the best ever and I have them from way back (plastic). There are some fast greens up there in Aiken. It will get better. Hakuna matata. =)

Good on you, John. I wish we had access to those types of benefits/perks of being a Titleist loyalist here in Australia.

First, welcome to Team Titleist and congratulations on your first post in the forum (at least it was 1 post when I replied). If you want to earn a chance at getting a kit, you need to make sure your profile is complete on the Titleist website and make sure your address is current. Lastly, continue visiting and participating in this forum.

Greatest, purist golf brand and and TT is a great initiative connecting Titleist and golf lovers world wide. Great surprise and a nice little pack. Enjoy it.

Do you think it’d be a nice idea for members to be able to purchase TT gear? I’d love to personally.

They can. There are numerous posts explaining this. If in the USA, tour the Ball Plant #3 and the TT store is at the end of the tour. Purchase a spot in any TT event and you will get welcome gifts. Occasionally a notification here and on the TT members Facebook page will notify all about the very limited purchase opportunity of a few items. Limiting the volume and selection of TT items places more value on those of us who attend events and put in the time. We associate a memory with our items that would get diluted if thousands of the same items were flooding the open market.

Mr. Dale, are there other Titleist attractions to engage in at or near Ball Plant #3 if I’m able to get out there for a trip? If I’m lucky enough to make it a trip, it would likely be a weekend getaway so not a ton of free time but wouldn’t want to miss out on other experiences/things to view and learn while in the area!

I was in Boston for business and made the side trip so I didn't try to find anything in the immediate area. We did run through Plymouth so I could see "the rock". My direct relative was the first child born on US soil when his parents came over on the Mayflower so I wanted to go there. You could probably also find a few golf courses out there. Maybe someone from the area will read this and give you some suggestions. Just remember, you have to reserve a spot on the few days that the tours take place. Have fun!

New Bedford is an old whaling site, so they do have a whaling museum with several local restaurants nearby. Something to do in the evening. Thanks to the Cape Verde connection to whaling (explained in the museum) local restaurants typically offer Portuguese meals. Not sure if there is a Lizzie Borden museum in Fall River. Ball plant #1 is no longer a Titleist property and ball plant #2 (ionomer balls) does not have tours. Manchester Lane is just north of Acushnet but does not offer tours - just fittings.
To fly in, Providence (RI) is the most convenient to the ball plants. The other option to Plymouth is going out to the Cape for some beach time

I just came home to a surprise, a package containing one awesome Titleist ball marker to commemorate 75 years of the #1 ball in golf!
I can remember when they were just Acushnet! Thanks to TEAM TITLEIST crew for this cherished memento.
I understand, John, how that package brightened your day!
