I purchased a Titleist Hybrid 14 2021 Stand Bag (Item: TITTB21SX1402 BLACK/GRAY) several months ago.

The strap that came with the bag is a double loop that does not come apart to allow for a single loop carry, even though the paper work with the bag shows that it should come apart and be able to work as either a double loop or single loop.

Is there a different strap that I can get? I would really like to have the option of a single loop carry most of the time. The strap I have would have to be cut to make it a single loop.
