  1. Anyone else as frustrated as I am waiting for my clubs to be made by Titleist? Everywhere I’ve looked 4-5 weeks is stated I’m at week 10 and was just told mid-March maybe. I can’t get an honest answer from anyone. Does anyone out there know what the deal is?

I'd say I can't imagine how frustrating this must be as a consumer, but I know first hand as employee orders are deprioritized so we can service our customers first—so I've experienced this wait first hand.

We are building clubs at a record pace while maintaining the same industry-leading quality standards. Our lead times are pretty competitive with other manufacturers but we err on the side of caution as heads and components frequently go on backorder causing delays like you are experiencing.

The one thing we need to get better at is keeping customers apprised of their order status and that's something we are feverishly trying to address as we speak.

Sincerest apologies and we promise we'll get better.

What if Titleist went back to made in America, or even Mexico. Seems like everything coming from China is experiencing delays, and I would gladly pay a bit more knowing I would get it sooner.

We are one of the few club manufacturers that assembled clubs in the US and I believe we might be the only major manufacturer who builds consumer clubs in CA. We also make a majority of our golf balls from soup to nuts in the US. If it's at all viable, we keep it in the states.

That's good that they're "assembled" in the U.S. but where do the parts come from?
