  1. Hi Titleist, My wife took up the game recently and I talked her into getting a carry bag for winter golf. She settled on the Titleist Players4 StaDry and loves it but there is a problem. Shes 5'3" and slim and no amount of adjustment on the straps can allow the bag to sit comfortably in the small of her back. Ive even shortened them further by looping the straps back on themselves to shorten an extra inch but to no avail. The padded section of strap is just too long and isnt adjustable. Which must be a problem for any petite woman wanting to carry it comfortably. Surely its not beyond the realms of Titleist to offer a smaller padded section or make them adjustable in some way? We all want to grow the game so how about producing carry bag straps that will allow women to carry comfortably? Your feedback would be appreciated

Hey Dave, I think the 2022 bag line-up will introduce a Players 4 Carbon-S which will be a slightly smaller version of the existing Players 4 line. It will be better for shorter clubs. I am not sure if the strap system will be smaller also? Be on the lookout at your local pro shop or retailer so you can check and see if it is a better fit. On her existing bag, maybe look into an upholstery repair shop or clothing alterations shop and see if they can try and shorten the strap system. Hope it works out for ya'll. Cheers!
  3. Hi Dale, thanks for the advice. Not sure what can be done with the existing padded section. Was kind of hoping Titleist themselves would offer some insight or help with this. Maybe even produce a strap system which was smaller that could be bought as a stand alone item and changed out with the existing straps?
It cant be that difficult surely? ‍♂️

A couple of things... First, Titleist employees usually will not use this forum to discuss specifics related to customer service or warrant issues. This site is mainly sharing from fellow TT members so don't be disappointed if you do not hear from a Titleist employee. You might try the Customer Service contacts for that. Second, all Titleist bags are manufactured by a third-party provider overseas and they primarily produce full bags only for Titleist. They have recently started accepting orders for replacement pockets that can be embordered but I have not heard of any other replacement parts being offered. That makes sense to me as they probably do not stock retail inventory and demand would be limited. I understand your issue is real and hope you can find a way to ensure that her walking experience is enjoyable as its such a great way to play.

Maybe you can take to some kids in your area who carry their bags and ask them what they do or how they make adjustments to their bags? Glad to see your wife is walking the course. Just a suggestion. Good Luck
