Another huge vote for Footjoys from me.

My first pair of golf shoes was Footjoy. Since then, I have owned well over a hundred pairs (probably closer to 200 pairs) of them over the last 50 years or so. They know how to make golf shoes better than anyone IMO. No reason to look elsewhere.

As an aside, I had a pair of DryJoys a few years back. They were the pair I wore more than any other of my 6 or 7 pairs in the rotation at the time. They probably had 150-200 rounds on them over a two year period. I had purchased them before the spring one year and at the end of the 2nd full year I owned them, after a day on the course in rain, I noticed that the leather slightly cracked where it attached along the sole in one small area on one shoe. I felt a little dampness. These shoes were pretty beat up by that time. Yet, when I told FJ of the problem they asked me to send them in so they could review them. I did.

Two weeks later, I received a brand spanking new pair of them on my front doorstep. (A $200 shoe at that time.) No questions asked. THAT is only one reason why I only wear Footjoy. Customer service. Another, comfort right out of the box.

At least thirty pair in my household and a new pair of Premiere Fields on the way. What a Classic shoe. Have been wearing FJs since I started playing in 1984, when I moved to SC.

The Premiere Series Flint or Packard are incredibly comfortable and a throwback to the old FJ Classics.
