Where did you get the clubs? Those models have been out of production for some time now so those headcovers might be second-hand or had been stored improperly by whoever sold those clubs. Mine lasted two years without any problems before I upgraded to TSi models.

I purchased them from an online retailer (Golf Warehouse). I suppose it's possible that they were second-hand, but they were wrapped in sealed plastic and looked brand new when I got them. I can't speak for how they were stored though. My previous headcovers lasted several years in hot, Texas sun before anything like this happened. While it is slightly disappointing, it's not a huge deal, I love the clubs...just wondered if it was a common occurrence.

No and I keep mine in the back of a riding cart most of the time when playing, which is not good for them. .

No issue with my TS headcovers... it been holding up nicely

I have multiple covers over the last three years using them during travel, hot and cold weather...never experienced this remotely! I would contact Titleist customer service and see what the problem may be.

I’ve had my TS3 driver for a year and a half and have played well over 150 to 200 rounds in that time and have no issues with mine.

TGW contacted Titleist and a new headcover arrived today. Great customer service!
