    Recently purchase this bag from my pro shop. Love the bag, hate the constant "thump" with each step since the legs don't retract completely. I sent an email to Titleist Customer Service looking for a solution, reply I received was basically "one year warranty, return to place of purchase".

    Has anyone else experienced the same issue, and if so, did you find a solution apart from returning the bag?

    Yes. You can find several posts on this issue. Some easy solutions and some more elaborate. At a minimum you can pop the plastic band on the wire leg retractors and raise it an inch which will create more tension. Too high and it will continue to pop loose unless you secure it with electrical tape.

    i have the same bag. it's one of their smaller options and not made to hold the world. make sure you havent over stuffed it. this will also prevent legs from fully retracting.
