Has anyone ever had a problem with the midsized cart bag? Mine falls off my trolley at the neck and causes the trolley to release.

I thought the trolley was the problem - it’s currently in a local fixing shop but the trolley I borrowed today had the same thing happen. So that’s both PK and Motocaddy it happens with… any thoughts? Someone on Facebook has replied saying it’s the bag that is too short for the trolley but I’m thinking surely the bag can’t be too short?!?
