  1. Hello fellow TT members. I recently purchased a new bag (Trial Stand Bag) and it has a broken leg. The part that snapped off is the plastic hinge that swivels and screws to the leg. Does Titleist sell those or can i get a replacement somehow? Thanks in advance for any help

Sorry Jimmy, they do not sell replacement parts with the exception that they now started having replacement pockets that could be ordered through a Titleist retailer. Trial bags are not supposed to be sold as they are limited to testers who should have signed a waiver to that effect. Looks like you will need to do a DIY with an older, used bargain bag you can find for purchase.
  3. Thanks Dale.

So much for integrity, Dale. Hope Titleist finds out who sold the bag.

Dale, do you know who within Titleist is running the tester program for bags now? I have one currently that I was trying to provide feedback regarding, but have been unable to get in touch with the folks who were my previous contacts.

    Thanks in advance.

I heard a rumor that he had moved to another position so I don't think anyone will be asking us our feedback on this year's test bags or ask us to ship back. We still need to treat them as proprietary information and not post pictures or release them to the general public.

Have you checked your emails, trash, sent, drafts? That would have been your first contact from them. They sent a response card with the bag, but I am assuming that has been lost.

Some people I'll never understand. As Dale said you may be able to find something that will assist you in fixing the bag. Hope you're able to get it fixed.
