I used to see wear on my bag cuffs but the last several years, I seem to keep moving into newer bags before I get a chance to wear out the old ones. Titleist manufactures just enough bags for distribution and they are done in a different country so there is no parts inventory in existence. The only parts that I understand that can be purchased separately are the removable pockets for embroidery. Legs, straps, and other parts are not stocked. You might look into a upholstery shop. They may be able to create a similar replacement.
