I've searched and cannot find the "elastic holders" my new Titleist Hybrid 14 bag mentions in the instructions. I normally tie up my excess straps with black rubberbands. But since I supposedly have this feature, I might as well use it. Anyone have a clue where these are?

Update for anyone also wondering like I was: I emailed Titleist and here was their response: "The elastic holders are on the strap itself. Not all of our straps have these holders to tuck away the excess strap adjustment, but some do which is why that instruction has that on there."

Pretty sure it is a feature only on the newest bags.

The bag I bought was the 2022 Hybrid 14, and it did not have any.

You can always call Customer service and ask for bags and explain you situation. They are very helpful. If the elastic holders are not on your straps, your bag might fall into the category of "not all straps fall into that category". Doesn't hurt to give them a call.

Update: I did email them and was told "The elastic holders are on the strap itself. Not all of our straps have these holders to tuck away the excess, but some do which is why it is on instructions. We cannot ship any out, nor can you purchase them". So, I bought some velcro ties. They're black (blends in with the strap) and works great.

I've just created an account to say "Thank you!" - I was quite puzzled by this instruction (not helped by the dark image in black and white) and found this result through searching for the text on the paper.

    Velcro straps it is!

Having a wife and two daughters, I found some black elastic ponytail hair ties laying around the house. Found them to work pretty well on the bag traps too.
