I bought a Stadry 15 Cart Bag around 15 months ago. Disappointing it has a huge detached seam which pretty much makes it useless. I contacted Customer Services to express my disappointment at such a premature and significant failure along with a photo of the failure. I received a reply which unsurprisingly stated it was outside warranty so no replacement or repair could be offered.
Was I just unlucky? The reply assured me that the product was rigorously tested and quality is important etc etc but that is little comfort as I throw it away after just over a year.
I am unsure what to do now to replace it. I want a waterproof bag but have lost faith in Titleist bags so unfortunately I may be carrying my Titleist clubs around in another brands bag which kind of spoils the look.
