Has anyone got one and have initial thought on the MLM2 pro particularly?

For those with R10s or Rapsodos or something cheaper end to use at home with a net - did that actually help you with getting better and being able to hit balls at home more often?

I’m thinking about getting an MLM 2 once they are in stock, but curios if it actually helped having it at home. Thanks!

  2. Could certainly be a good thing to practice with

The only thing for me hitting into a net is virtually every strike is good because you are not actually hitting at a real target

That’s why I want something for feedback. I want to be able to see what the shot shape would be so I know what’s a bad or good shot when practicing at home.

For hitting into a net, all the devices generate flight estimates. I’m not convinced that you get dramatic improvements without seeing the impact at least outdoors if not on course. When your season is not year round, the course simulations can be “as good as it gets”. That also relieves the monotony of watching a ball travel 5 yards.
For actual improvement I’m convinced that a good instructor with a quality device outdoors work best. The market appears to have 3 ranges. Under a grand, under 5 grand, and then 10-30 grand. A $700 unit may be the best of under a grand, but if it was as good as a $2500 unit, …it would be at least $2000.
It is definitely a step up from just a net. Just understand the inherent limitations.
