If you could customize the pockets on your golf bag, what would you make sure is on there?

I would add a cooler zipper/compartment! I have this on the current (not Titleist) bag I use and it is incredible. It’s smaller than I would like (only holds 2 12oz cans) but is great for a couple cold beverages or fresh fruit for a mid round snack.

Wow! This guy must have been having a bad day to get his post deleted. Probably mood swings associated with early stages of dementia.

They use to delete and not post that is was deleted. Guess that character is something special. I recognize him from a few events. Pretty ok guy, I guess.

You can get your pockets customized thru embroidery when you order them thru your Titleist accounts. When you place the order tell them what you want and they will let you know if it can be done and what they can put on there for you. I normally put my name and TT logo on the ball pocket on my carry bag and on the belly flap on on midsize tour bag. When I order my new Black Cart bag, name TT logo will be going on the ball pocket.

I have a Titleist Cart 14 bag and they have a cooler compartment in them. Might consider one of those. Maybe I misunderstood you comments regarding adding to the bag and gave too much about adding embroidery. Sorry. Still something to consider.

No no, thank you for this Chuck! I have not purchased a Titleist bag yet and I haven’t checked into what all the custom bag design entails, so this is great to know! I based this off of my current bay and ideas I’ve seen, along with what options are shown when shopping the bags on the website.

Now being more invested into golf, the idea of embroidery and customizing my bag to reflect me is so exciting and something I look forward to spending more money than my wife will approve of on my future bag!

Have it embroidered thru Titleist custom shop "when you order it". If you order the bag plain and want to send it back for embroidery, you can not get it done. They do exceptional work and the cost is minimal considering what aftermarket charges are. I recommend the Cart Bag 14. Works well on carts. Black is a great color if you play in the hot sun. Does not fade as badly. You can put ice in the cooler compartment and you know some courses do not allow coolers. They will never know. Looks like a regular compartment. ;)

Do you know, all Titleist “cart” bags only come with a single shoulder strap, correct? I know it would be heavy, but I would love being able to order a larger bag (and I personally only like bags with individual club slots) that has a 2 shoulder carry system if I wanted to walk a course and carry my bag.

Excellent info on having embroidery done at time of purchase, not afterwards! Save up and get it all done at once, makes sense to me.

Sounds like the Hybrid 14 would work well for you. It has the dual straps and legs for when you carry but larger with more pockets for people who mostly use a pull cart or motorized cart. The Cart 14 and Cart 15 top slopes away from the strap which makes it easier to pull clubs from a motorized cart but when carrying over the shoulder, would have the clubs on the bottom trying to slide out the bag. Your other option is to have multiple bags, one for the cart and one for walking. That's what I prefer to do.

I, and several buddies, have virtually the same bag (not Titleist) they are all colored differently but we were actually just discussing last weekend about pocket design (it does have a cooler pocket) and we all agreed that we have no clue how the bag could possibly be bettered. There are many pockets that hold exactly what we all agreed we needed. My bag is the only thing non-Titleist...well I guess tees too.

I normally ride so typically had a cart bag (SM C-130) but I switched to the Titleist Hybrid 14 a couple of years ago (Black/Red) and have never looked back. It is an awesome bag with plenty of space. Wasn't even aware of the factory embroidery option (thanks for the info Chuck).
