  1. HI TT folks,

Hard to find much online regarding bag sizes.

has any got some information on the size differences between the players 5 and hybrid 14? especially the apparel (bigger) pocket on the bags?

I have a midsize cart bag, but looking a stand bag.

    Thanks Kyle

No better way to compare that to visit a "big box" store like Golf Galaxy, PGA Superstore, Edwin Watts, etc. and do a side by side comparison. Then you can order the bag in the color you want or with Titleist special embroidery from them or from your local pro shop. Whichever one you choose, I am sure you will be happy with it.

The Titleist site has a comparison feature for golf bags. Identify your priorities to make the best selection. If you want a lightweight bag to carry, Players 5. The hybrid has more pockets and 14-way dividers but is a heavier bag. I walk & carry my bag, prefer fewer pockets, and don't need a 14-way, so the decision is easy. Good luck.

Have you checked the specifications under each bag?
  5. I agree with both Chuck and Dale. First, the exact specs are listed at the bottom of the page for each bag. Second, if you visit a golf store with the bags you are considering them you can evaluate them in person easily.

Just a thought...essentially the Players 5 and Hybrid 14 are two different bags as it relates to the top cuff with club dividers. The Hybrid is slightly larger and heavier as a result.

If you're looking at carrying your bag, then the Players 5 is the way to go. I'm not sure what you plan on stuffing in the apparel pocket, but I find the Players 5 has plenty of room for rain gear which is the most I'll put in there during a round.
