  1. Hi family, wanted to share a positive experience with Titleist Customer Service. I bought a LinksMaster bag in July of 2022. After a trup to Bandon Dunes int he spring of this year, the threading on the back pad was coming out and fraying pretty badly. I took it to my CC where I bought it. They said they would handle it and let me know what Titleist wanted to do. After 5 months of waiting and my CC sayin Titleist would not respond to them. I got frustrated and called Titleist myself. After tracking things down, it turns out my CC had the email wrong. I now have a replacement bag on the way from Titleist within 24 hours of me making the phone call. It wasn't Titleist fault, it was my CC's fault. But they stepped up, fixed it quick, and I now have a solution. well done Titleist and specifically Winston on the Custom team.

    Sometimes that is where the breakdown occurs and our customer service get the blame. Great job in contacting Titleist Customer Service in realizing that maybe doing it yourself was the answer and Titleist stepped up as they do in most cases and made you a happy customer. Stories like this we hear on here often. Kudos to Titleist CS. So glad that you are happy with the results.
