A general fade is swing clubs slightly on an outside in path, allowing the club face to impact the ball in an open manner. To turn it into a draw, there are really a couple of steps you can take. One thing I have noticed with myself over the years is that I can actually start to hit the ball straighter or into a draw if I shorten my swing slightly; overswinging is another common reason for a fade even if it is slight. Another option is to change your swing path a slight bit in going inside to out to "close" the club face upon impact with the ball. The easiest way to achieve this is to just set your shoulders a little more to the right (assuming your righthanded) of target.

One caution I have is to not get overworked on being able to hit this draw all the time. If you have a very consistent fade, I would stick with it as it is easier to control flight and spin. I was in a similar boat at your age and switched to the draw but have recently gone back to the fade for control reasons. It is a good thing to be able to work both shots, but make sure you do most of this practice on the range with mid irons first as they are the easiest to hit and you don't want to be stressing yourself out on the course trying new techniques.
